A 2015 Blessing Overload

As I write this late August of 2015, the year has not hardly made it to two-thirds, but I have experienced showers and showers of blessings- so unbelievable. Two creativity awards, a volunteering opportunity stint in the Lower Ninth Ward for Hurricane Katrina, a design competition win, another photography award, a highly satisfying internship in Dubai, a sudden venture seedling in Mumbai, meeting favourite cousins.. life has seemed empty at times on the inside of its glorious shell.

The past is difficult to escape– which has prompted me to take a a longer break from writing to Catholic youth- this time, a year, but I’ve already slapped myself for the Good reminder that I have never been in this alone; so why fret!

It’s been slow and steady in the most cautious manner possible. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, I am ready to gleam again. Gleam brighter and faster!
